2017 Halloween Events in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

Halloween is one of our favorite holidays. There isn’t too much to stress about, and sometimes it’s fun to dress up like a clown or a firefighter or your favorite super hero! Plus, there’s candy! Maybe Halloween isn’t your thing, but you love to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Whatever you’re looking for this October, Sault Ste. Marie has you covered. Algoma Fall Festival 2017: October 5 – 28

The Algoma Fall Festival is presented by the Algoma Arts Festival Association and is an annual event in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The festival offers live music, theatre, dance and visual arts, as well as acting and performance workshops and so much more. The Algoma Fall Festival takes place at the Sault Community Theatre Center, as well as other venues, like the Water Tower, The Machine Shop and Croatian Hall. The Algoma Autism Foundation presents “Trunk Or Treat”: October 14

Trunk or Treat is an annual event presented by the Algoma Autism Foundation. The event, which takes place Saturday, October 14 at Northwood Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre from 2:30 to 4:15 P.M., offers children with special needs the chance to trick or treating a safe environment with friends, family and a supportive community. Tickets and more information can be found on their website.


Mockingbird Hill Farm Haunted Corn Maze: October 27 and 28

There’s nothing like a haunted maze. It’s a Halloween tradition! Check out the haunted corn maze at Mockingbird Hill Farm on October 27 and 28 from 6:30 until 11 P.M. Admission for the haunted maze is only $13. You’ll need a flashlight, too, but in case you forget, or need an extra, they will be available at the gate for $4.
